Draw Tools with Measurements

The Draw Tools should have measurements while drawing lines and circles. This will give real-time measurements as graphics are drawn on the screen. While drawing circles, there should be a radius measurement readout (see attachment).

My vote for this is for wherever there is a measure tool in the ArcGIS Online / Portal apps. Including Experience Builder, Web AppBuilder, etc.
