On the schema preview of a survey, it would be nice to have total number of questions or a line number before the Field Name of the table.

Hi Renato,

By 'Line Number' are you referring to the n^th field a question would be? I'm asking because we are introducing support for specifying a question to not create a field in the feature service in version 2.4.
