moving the print area in WebApp Builder Print Widget

In the current Version (10.5) of Portal for ArcGIS WebAppBuilder you can print only a fix area, if you use a fixed scale (f.i. 1:1000) the area you get in the print is "coincidence". Better would be a movable area before confirming the print task.
