The default symbology of the measurement widgets in the ArcGIS API for Javascript should be customizable. This could be done by setting properties on the widgets constructor. The only way I can do it now is by typecasting the measurements widgets viewmodel as 'any' en set the pallette property. But that's not the way you want it.
