Add XY and length data to attribute table that automatically updates when features are changed on the map

Could you please add a functionallity where attribute table updates lat long, length info for points/polylines.

You can install the Attribute Assistant toolbar to update this information.  The toolbar requires two tables, a DynamicValue and a GenerateID table in SDE.  In there, you set what feature classes you want to automatically update upon creation of a new feature or update of an existing feature.  Second, the geometry length field should automatically update as it is a static field populated by ArcGIS.  If, it is a manually updated field, you should be able to set up the Attribute Assistant toolbar to populate this as well.  Finally, you wouldn't have any geometry for length in a point feature class.
