Grant select with grant option

The command line sde tools allow the ability to grant select with grant option to other schemas
this function is essential when working with complex oracle schemas
the sde tools have been depreciated at 10.3 . The grant function in arcatalog does NOT include the ability to great select with grant option .
it is critical that this tool be provided.

The ability to grant permission on an object that the connected user does not own is not supported in a geodatabase. The supported functionality from deprecated ArcSDE administration commands has been implemented. Functions that were not moved into GP tools are not supported.
