Make Image Collections Downloadable in Open Data

Image collections are downloadable in ArcGIS Online, but when shared as Open Data through Hub, they are discoverable and are shown to be downloadable (on the left side), but there is no download button. This seems like an oversight and hopefully can be rectified easily.
