Ability to publish one layer in ArcMap by right-clicking on layer to publish map service

Rather than choose File->ShareAs->Service to publish all the layers in the map document, add additional functionality toallow a user right-click on a single layer in the TOC to publish only that layer.

ArcGIS Pro has the right-click a layer > Share functionality.

Since Pro has this functionality already, I highly doubt that ESRI would incorporate this functionality into ArcMap as that software is slowly being phased out and ESRI is mostly in bug fix mode with ArcMap.
