Automating "Insert Values from a table" into a series values input?

Hi,

I have found a way to do a script which create a dbf table with a field containing a sql query, created from a shapefile. I would like to use this table to insert values from it into a input series of values (expression). Manually it is easy but do you know if it is possible to automate this "insert value from a table"...? in this case it will be insert values from a output table of another process....Thanks in advance

Emmanuel,

there is a script tool to download from the Geoprocessing Model & Script Gallery that performs an "insert value from a table". See if that moves you along.
