Slight update. We won't be in a position to provide a download of the web app setup until early in January. It will be available from the my.esri.com website as soon as we can make it available.
It will be supported with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 in December. We'll provide more information on when/where to get the Enterprise patch when we release with ArcGIS Online. Look for the week of December 7th. Thanks!
