In Survey123 Connect: record source file name for attachments

Question

In Survey123 Connect I need to be able to record the source file name for attachments. We take a lot of photos, but we only end up loading a few to the Survey123 form.  We need to be able to trace the attachments back to the original source file, but I can't see a way to access the source file name.

Is there a way to do this?

This would be an excellent addition. Is this enhancement roadmapped for release yet?

Hi Alison,

Currently, the field app will rename the image when uploading to the survey. We do have an enhancement logged to keep the original file name on upload but do not have a timeline for this request yet.
