Synchronized wrong copy of distributed geodatabase, now what

Hello. While attempting to synchronize a distributed geodatabase I input a copy of the original checked-out distributed geodatabase and not the copy that contained the changes that had been made. Before realizing the mistake I also reconciled the SDE database. Is it possible to still get the changes from the correct distributed geodatabase back into the SDE database?
