This needs to be turned off......IMMEDIATELY!
How do I turn it off within excel?

You can turn off the validation warning messages and error messages in Excel via the Data tab and Data Tools. There is a Data Validation button and menu option. Select the cells first you want to turn off the data validation, or the entire column, and then go into this menu and remove the current settings.
