Has anyone had difficulties using their survey 123 data in portal lately? When I go to add the survey data it will show up on the map, but not in content. It is also accompanied by an error that states that "The layer, survey123_8cd19b4b12b747fa8ee478448634f06d - metadata, cannot be added to the map." These aren't new maps and have worked in the past, but are now having these difficulties.

This might require further troubleshooting to determine if there's an issue with your portal or the hosted layer. Can you file a ticket with Esri Support?
