Can not submit a form or save as draft

I have one form I just made that will not Submit or Save as draft.  I hit the buttons and just nothing happens.  No error or anything.  Form published fine.  All my other forms work.  Have tried multiple devices (android, ios, and PC) and still nothing.  Also in connect the Validate Input does not work - again just nothing happens.

It is a simple form.  Only thing on this form that is not on other is the or_other option.

Any ideas?

Hi. The culprit of the problem sits on the value you gave to the Instance_Name column in the Settings tab of your XLSFile.  Since the value is an incorrect expression, the submit button stopped working. Here is what I recommend:

1. Have a look at this blog post this help topic and/or this video to learn more about Instance_Name. Make sure the expression is correct.  As a starting point, you may want to leave it blank or put something like ${Office}
2. Wait for an announcement tomorrow regarding the availability of the 1.7 update to Survey123 for ArcGIS. As  of 1.7, the submit button will work even if your Instance_Name expression is incorrect.
