camera not ready ipad Survey123

Question

The iPad (5th generation) Software 13.4. The camera won't work within Survey123. It goes to a black screen with the rolling circle. It will not switch modes to selfie or regular. When I push the camera icon is says Camera Not Ready. The camera function works within the camera app, just not with Survey123.

Hi Debra,

Please make sure you grant the Camera access permission to survey123 app.

You could check it from Settings>Privacy>Camera and look for Survey123 app and make sure it's enabled.
