Why do I keep getting the error 400 message that says the file is not found when publishing a survey in Survey123?

Hi Kimberly,

Did you already publish a survey named "Survey-Thompson Cemetery Survey" previously? The error message suggests that a folder with the same name already exists in your ArcGIS Online organization. You can either delete the previously created survey with the same name, or publish the survey with a new name.
