When I try to download ArcGIS Earth, I put in my email, etc, and the pop-up says "thank you! Your download is starting" but no download file shows up. I'm running windows 10. thanks.

Hi Michael, you can begin your download by clicking the "now available" link in the popuped window.
Ok, so I also couldnt get that link to work at first and might know why. I looked at the pages source code to see if it might have a link in there I could copy and paste in order to directly start the download and noticed some text in there that might be for additional questions after you pick your industry. It may be there where the problem starts, because after I selected a different industry (which also applied to me) the download worked.

I had the same issue, but after digging around for a couple of hours I found a place to download ArcGis Earth 1.6. Try this link and look in the upper right of the web page.
