Parenthesis in Arabic choices in the Web Form is being misplaced

As you can see in the image that I attached, inside the drop down of the question of type autocomplete the parenthesis appears in its place, when the user chooses one of the options, the parenthesis are misplaced inside the text box reserved for user input, is there any way to fix this? Thank you.
