Does the World Imagery basemap get updated for Desktop version 10.4?

Is it possible to get a more up-to-date version of the world imagery basemap in ESRI desktop version 10.4? I've noticed there's an area that is still cornfield in the world imagery basemap and in Google Earth it is up-to-date with the new construction that has been built over the cornfield. I have attached a PDF with the two screenshots. The google earth imagery is from 3/17/18 so I'm not sure if that is too recent for it to update in ESRI. I also am not sure if it will ever update in this version of ESRI or would I
