External GPS for Explorer please

Are you still planning on updating Explorer to allow for External GPS units? I thought it was going to be released by end of Q2 2019... I want my field crews to be able to use high accuracy to locate valves in the field. I would really appreciate this capability being added so they don't have to use Collector with uneditable features.
