I upgraded my Connect today and my old surveys asked to upgrade. I upgrade and get this error
No idea where to go fix that. And now the Upgrade button is gone. So what do I do now?

Tried copying over the types tab from a new sheet but still no go.
Ok I am recreating them by copying and pasting from old to new and it worked. But now my signature panels are not working. They are giving me the pick photo or file box instead. All my settings look correct. What am i missing?
Got it the columns all changed as well!
