Working With LGIM Relationship Classes

Good morning,

I am working with the FacilitySitePoint feature and want to set up the relationship classes to help populate the break-out datasets for my public safety features. Looking at the relationship classes provided with the data model there is only one table and one relationship feature class that is created that appears to map to the SUBTYPEFIELD and the FEATURECODE. Has anyone had any success building out the relationships with the FACILITYID and getting the tables to populate appropriately?
