Hi, I purchased ArcGIS for student use and i seem to have an organizational account. I want to change it to an individual account or a public account. What are the steps to be followed for it?
Is there a reason that you'd like a public account instead? Public accounts are highly limited in the functionality they have and having an organizational account means you can own, create, analyze and share content. Also you cannot license ArcGIS Pro unless you have an org account.
