Error transferring Survey123 arcgis Forms in Connect

I downloaded latest 3.7 ArcGIS Connect today . When I open and try to save the form , After some time i am getting this error

Hi Vijay,

It looks like there was a transient issue in reaching the Survey123 API - you should be able to connect now.
