Hi I have recently downloaded ArcGIS Earth. Majority of its functionality is like ArcGIS Explorer but I can't access ArcGIS Online files. I only have a public account so is there limited accessibility in ArcGIS Earth compared to ArcGIS Explorer since in Explorer I was able to access ArcGIS Online?
