Using lists: How can I use Get Field Value into Calculate Field function (in-line variables Model Builder)

Question

I' d like to bulid a modell using a list variable. My modell works well until Field calculation, where I'd like to use Get Field value option for calculation. The number of input is differ in every running. Now I used 3 inputs, and Statistics works well the values of "Value_%i%" is perfect. But I can not know how define the values into VB or Python Expression? Could you help me? The picture is enclosed.
