How can I start the ArcSDE service?

Hi everbody,

I have a sde connection problem as "arcgis server service on local computer started and then stopped". I am using Oracle 11 g and ArcSde 10.0 on windows 7. I shut down the ArcSDE by command prompt (sdemon -o shutdown) but after that sde service is not working.  I tried to start SDE service by manual  but it is not working.

Hi Tunay,

Unfortunately, I don't think you'll be able to resolve your issue. Some comments:

* ArcSDE 10 for Oracle 11g was not designed (nor tested) to work on Windows 7.
ArcGIS 10 System Requirements 
* ArcSDE 10 software is a legacy product; ArcGIS 10 was officially retired on Jan 1, 2016.
Esri Support ArcGIS Server 10.6 (10.6.1)

I recommend that you upgrade to a more recent ArcGIS release.
