All my surveys do not submit location information when accessing through the QR or web address link on laptop or smartphone. What am I doing wrong?

Is the web link/QR Code opening the web app or field app?
It's opening in Safari or other Web Browser
The web form does not automatically capture location; the user must actively set the location of the map question (if present) to their location.
