Georeferenced PDF with multiple map frames?

In ArcGIS Pro have a layout with 2 map frames. When I export the layout as a georeferenced PDF and open it in an app that handles georeferenced PDFs (I use Avenza Maps) my location only shows up in one of the map frames when it should show in both map frames. Do you know if it is possible for both of the map frames to be georeferenced in the export?
