Where can I find the ArcGIS Code Migration Analyzer in Visual Studio 2015

I have the task to migrate the code from the ArcGIS 9.2 version of ArcGIS 10.2. From what I read ESRI has done some major enhancements and framework changes. Also on the ArcGIS Resources site I read that the ArcGIS Code Migration Analyzer has been created to assist in identifying the areas that requires updating. Can anybody help me where can I find this tool in Visual Studio 2015 (I have looked under the "Tools" menu and I didn't find it).
