Hi everyone,
I'm new to Survey123. I've added an image as a "note" type on the xlsform spreadsheet, and I can see the image I've added on the Form Preview on Survey123 Connect BUT I'm unable to see the same image on the Survey123 app.
What am I missing?

Which device are you using with the field app? if iOS, one thing to check is upper/lower case matching - iOS is case sensitive, while other OSes are not.
