Issue adding collada in 3d model - Elevation surface

I added a Collada model to ArcGIS Pro but the model disappears when It is turn on the elevation surface (WorldElevation3D/Terrain3D). I set the properties as on the ground but do not work also I put on relative to the ground (Xm) then the model is floating. Could you please let me know which is the issue?
