Open existing Survey 123 form in Collector

I'm creating a excavation map on collector for our Water Department.  They will partially fill out a Survey 123 form and that will create a point on the collector map.  The next crew that comes out to pave the road a couple months later will complete the form.  Is it possibly to open that partially filled out form in collector from that feature point?  What is the best way to do this and keep all the information together?
