Sharing web map with groups is not making the map available for other group members

I am sharing a web map with a small AGOL group but the item is not appearing to the other group users when they look for it in the field maps. I have tried a wide range of sharing options but ultimately only the owner of the map is seeing it as available in field maps.

Please let me know if anyone has a workaround for this as it is currently stopping our field staff from auditing data.
