Cascading Select with Hosted Feature layer

Question

Hi,

I'm wondering if Cascading Select can be used when my Survey is created based on an existing feature layer.

Can I still apply the normal cascading select methodology as when working with surveys not associated to an existing feature layer, given that the domain is generally listed in choices sheet.  Does the list in the choices sheet must be the same domain list created first in the referenced feature layer?

Hi SW,

Cascading select will work with an existing service.  If the question already has a domain, the choices should be limited to only those in the domain.  As an FYI, select_one questions working on existing feature services do not require domains - Survey123 Connect will create domains on publishing, but doesn't need them as a requirement.
