I am trying to login to our Survey123 portal and am having the following problem. Any idea what the problem is (I am not trying to access any particular survey, rather the dashboard):

Are you using ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise? Which browser are you using (and have you tried a different browser)?
ArcGIS Enterprise. I have tried Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.
Could I ask which version of Enterprise you are using? Additionally, can I ask you to open a ticket with Esri Support to further work on this issue?
