ArcGIS Schematics and publishing on Portal

Hi,

Does anyone have experience/knowledge of creating water network schematics in ArcMap Schematics and then publishing those schematics to end users via a webapp or webmap on Portal for ArcGIS? can the schematic representation be easily consumed as a web service into Portal? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
