Has there been any discussion on including a QR scanner on the front end of the app in order to download public surveys (next to the "sign in" option upon first opening the app)? This would help users download survey's without the need to download a separate QR app or be distributed the unique URL. Scanning a QR code inside of the app instead of seeing a "sign in" option upon opening the app for the first time would help users quickly get the correct survey and alleviate some confusion.

We are looking into improving the survey download experience, particularly concerning public surveys, though we do not have a timeline to do so yet.
It's not an awswer but If it helps, iPhones (iOS 11) can read QR codes direct from the existing camera app.
