Is there a way i can deactivate my account in one computer and install it in another computer for a single user account?

I recently change my laptop and wanted to install my ArcGIS for desktop in another laptop but am finding it difficult as a result of the single account/student account. When trying to install the download desktop application on the session that requires the authorization number but it keeps failing to continue.
