I am a beginner with survey123 and about ready to publish my first survey. If I have questions that are pulling from a csv form once I publish my survey if I change or update the csv form do I have to re-publish my survey? Thank you!
If you are referring to the CSV file stored in the media folder, then yes, you need to republish anytime you update those files and re-download to all devices using Survey123.
