My customer currently has the ability to edit his own data from the INBOX in Survey123 app in the same device that the data was collected. He would like to restrict that ability (to edit his own data) to 7 days max. How can this be accomplished?
Hi George,
It is not currently possible to limit the data that can be edited in the Inbox (by date or other parameter) if it has already been downloaded to the device in the Inbox using the Refresh Inbox query. You can limit the data that can be queried and downloaded use a where clause statement on your Inbox filter, however once the survey is downloaded it can be edited and submitted.
