Is it possible to auto populate a drop down list of choices from a url? I have a form for funding grants and then a form for funding projects. The user clicks on a polygon and fills out a form about funding grants (there can be multiple). I want them to then be able to open the survey for projects and be able to select which funding grant record to relate it back to .

At this time, it is not possible to populate a list of choices from a dynamic source such as a URL.
If you are launching the form from polygons in Collector or a web map you could pass the grant number over via a URL. Not sure about multiple unless they are all in the same field or you have grant 1, 2, 3 or something. You can just populate a field though and not a list.
