I need to compile an app but allways i try it appstudio returns an error code 409
In the OTA it appears that the application has compiled but when I press download it shows me an error 500
What you see on the OTA website are the items in the your ArcGIS Online items under "My Apps" folder with type "Native Application Installer". So you can remove it from there.
I've never had to change the name when I uploaded a new version of the app.... Anyways, is there any way to remove built apps from OTA?

The issue you are seeing during Cloud Make is because there are more than one app with the same name, we can not have that.
And I can not seem to reproduce the error while downloading with OTA, perhaps this is related with the duplicate app name on the Cloud Make process.
Can you please try to change the app name, re-upload, and trigger the Cloud Make again?
