What does this icon mean? I assume that it is a warning notification. I've been seeing this on my surveys page on this specific survey for awhile. Hovering the mouse over it or clicking on it reveals nothing. I can click on any other part of this item and I see everything I need to see. There are no obvious issues.

The triangle does mean that there is a problem with the survey, usually, something has happened with the feature service the survey connects to.
