I am appended existing data to my Survey123 form feature layer that I created online and I matched the fields but when I add a new point it doesn’t show in the web map because it is taking my Yes No answers as a different legend item. So now I have two sets of yes/no items when it should continue to be only be one. I am not sure what is happening. Thanks

Could you check to see if the field has a domain and that the domain codes match the name of the choice being submitted? For instance, it is common to use the value 'yes' which differs from the value 'Yes'.
