Has anyone tried the web reports with the repeats and where can I find a template.
As seen in survey123-for-arcgis-2-3- Custom Form Reports (Beta).
as noted in the blog "you should be able to handle all types of questions including photos, signatures and repeats."
When you download the template press more options near your repeats et voila!
