Latest version of Windows Desktop Survey 123 for installation?

What is the latest version of Windows Desktop installation of Survey 123 (e.g. x86 version)?

I have 1.1.4 and have had problems but realized this may not be supported, lagging behind other builds or there is is a more recent installer I've missed after much looking.

To download Survey123, just scroll to the bottom of the page before signing in to ArcGIS Online.
