Can you limit a single user, email or device, from taking the same Survey more than once?

Currently you cannot limit the number of submissions. Surveys authored in the webform have an option to not show the 'submit again' link, though that does not prevent the form from being reloaded. If you request identifying information in the form, you can easily review and eliminate duplicate entries after submission.
