Copy an assignment to another project

Is it possible to copy an assignment from one project to another project in Workforce?

Not through the Workforce web app. Since the assignments are just features in a feature service; you could use ArcGIS Pro and/or Geoprocessing to copy the feature. You could also script this if you're comfortable with Python.
